On the board (5)

How far a pedal may hang over the front and back of the frame, in total, before it counts as a problem. Never over the sides. The allowance is ours, not a maker's.

Boards

Popular boards, drawn to one scale

Each frame is filled with BOSS-size pedals (73 × 129 mm). The first count leaves 12 mm between pedals, enough for slim couplers. The second leaves 25 mm, enough for ordinary patch cables. Neither counts a power supply.
